Peter Nyman is a well-known, charismatic and experienced TV-anchor and business event moderator. He is a journalist, news-anchor and media professional that coaches on three languages. Peter has run communication trainings for business directors- and experts for years, but speaks about communication skills also to bigger audiences.

With a remarkable career spanning over three decades in the retail and consumer goods industry, she has demonstrated dynamic leadership and a keen understanding of market trends. Prior to her current role, she served as President and CEO of both Plantasjen Group and HL Display AB, where she led significant expansions and profitability improvements. Her expertise in strategic planning, operations, and market growth has positioned her as a key influencer in the industry. She also sits on the Board of Svensk Handel and Nina is awarded to The Ruter Dam of the Year 2023. The honorary award is given to the woman who has been promoted to the most influential managerial position in Swedish business in the past year.
PIIA-NOORA KAUPPI
Former MD of Finance Finland & Former MEP, Partner | Odgers Berndtson’s Helsinki office
Piia-Noora Kauppi is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson’s Helsinki office. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Finance Finland from 2008 to 2022 and was a Member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2008.
Piia-Noora is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader 2005 - 2010 and alumni. She is also an active board member, currently serving on the boards of Gofore and UPM-Kymmene.
In her pro bono work, she chairs the SOS Children's Village Foundation and sits on the board of the Finnish Olympic Committee Sports Support Foundation. Since 2019, she has also been a member of the Trilateral Commission. Piia-Noora holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and has furthered her education through executive programs at Harvard and Yale.

With an expansive career spanning several continents, Jan has established himself as a leader in the realm of finance, steering multinational corporations to new heights of success across diverse and challenging industries such as chemicals & plastics, logistics, and aviation. He holds a degree in Engineering, and Economics and a postgraduation in Finance at the University of Leuven.

Youssef Zad is the chief economist of the Finnish Startup Community, a peer-to-peer network for Finnish startups and VC investors, and the central voice for startups operating in Finland. With a keen focus on data-driven decision-making, Youssef is in charge of producing comprehensive statistics and research that provide insights into the dynamics of the startup landscape in Finland. His commitment to generating actionable intelligence contributes significantly to informed decision-making and resource allocation within the startup community. Before his current role, Youssef worked as an economist in several labor unions in Finland, where he advocated for economic policies and championed the interests of workers.
